  2. Your access to and use of our Platforms, including your account page and any secure area, is subject at all times to our Platform Terms of Use.
  3. If you provide tips to Workers, your use will be subject to our Guest Terms of Use.
  4. If you collect tips through our Platform you use will be subject to our Client Terms of Use.
  5. If you provide permission to your employees to use our software in the course of their employment with you, your use will be subject to our Establishment Terms of Use.
