Entities

Tipr is organized are the following entities:

• guests, the humans that use Tipr to tip & rate
• users, the humans that work at an establishment
• establishments
• venues

Guests

Guests do not need to create a Tipr account.

Users

There are 3 types of users:

• employees
• venue captains
• establishment managers

Establishments

An establishment represents a hotel property. Each establishmeent has at least one venue, but could have more. For example, a hair salon with only one location, would have one Establishment, and one Venue. On the other hand, an all-inclusive luxury resort, would have multiple Venues.

Venues

A venue represents a location where guests interact with employees, or a tipjar. For example, an all-inclusive luxury resort, would have a venue for its beach bar, a venue for its buffet restaurant, another venue for its Greek-themed restaurant, and finally a "venue" for its kitchen staff.
